We did not need experts to figure out that one of the primary causes of ill health around us is sugar in any form. So one of the simplest ways of losing weight by that logic would definitely be the Sugar Busters diet, where one gives up a lot of food that’s obviously high on sugar. A lot of people also use this programme to prevent the risk of the second kind of diabetes. <span id="more-16"></span></p>
<p>It’s quite easy to see how a lot of people might have problems with the Sugar Busters Diet. Giving up on one’s favourite food items is not easy, and hence a lot of people do not even sign up in the first place. Under this plan, most regular items like potatoes, beer, cola, white-rice, and basically anything which has a decent amount of sugar are banned. This is when half the group of people leave because most of them do not like the idea of giving up beer and soft drinks. </p>

<p>This diet plan helps you to eliminate those foods which are off limits and then adjust and learn to eat a restricted meal. This diet helps an individual to reduce, have lower triglycerides, blood sugar and also maintains a healthy blood pressure level. The diet need not be measured and weighed but you should know what all are excluded and follow it whatsoever.<span id="more-14"></span></p>
<p>Sugar busters’ diet has some limitations on what types of food to be taken.  Fruits, vegetables pulses are an integral part of this diet as they are rich in fibre and phytonutrients.  This diet is low in saturated fat, thou at times our body needs some.  Hence some food items allow a moderate amount of carb intakes to have a balanced meal.</p>
<p>Sugar busters’ diet varies from person to person. The sugar in-take capacity varies for all. Some need moderate carb to balance the diet as he/she may need more glucose as per the body’s need and capacity and some are fine sufficing with low carbohydrates as there body is well adjusted to a lesser quantity.</p>
<p>Food prepared with refined sugar, white flour, and potatoes are strictly no for this particular diet follower.  Fruit juice intake is allowed but only those fruits which are specified for this diet with no added sugar. Lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts, flax seeds along with olive and canola seeds are highly recommended. Low fat milk with other dairy products which has no artificial sweetning is also included in the diet list.</p>
<p>Following this diet need not be rigid, measured or weighed but one should be controlled and aware of whats needed to stay healthy and fit.</p>
